We have recently developed a range of Kit Homes styled along the lines of our Colonial Cabins that offer space and function combined with easy living. Greenwood Garden Kit Homes offers 3 bedroom designs with 5 different floor plans and 5 exterior facades. Any of
the floor plans can be matched to any of the façades of your choice.

Whether you have a leafy country block of land or a beachside outlook, one of our designs is sure to suit. Wide verandahs with a choice of balustrading styles are a feature of our easy living designs. A choice of cladding materials such as Western Red Cedar, Weathertex, Hardies Primeline Weatherboards or similar is available. Aluminium Sliding doors and windows with screens are standard along with many other quality inclusions.

All our kit homes can be supplied in stages that is Lock Up,
Floor Kit, Lining/Fit Out Kit.
